In addition to our extensive range of stocked products, we offer a wide range of additional processing to provide exactly the fastener you need.

These services include:

• Plating

  • We offer 18 different finishes including Bright Zinc, Zinc Flake, Geomet and a variety of coloured passivates.

• Patching

  • We offer a full range of patching options including patches for locking fasteners into position, sealing assemblies or enhanced performance.

• Machining

  • A wide range of options from simple drilling to cutting, rethreading or shank diameter reduction.

• Production to Drawing

  • We can provide a fully bespoke service of manufacture and finishing products to your individual specification.

Combinations of the above can be combined in a single order.

Non-standard products are individually batch controlled and can be provided with a range of specific certifications including:

• Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR)
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) up to Level 3
